What Our Clients Say

Last summer, a severe storm with 70-mph winds, heavy rain, and golf-ball-sized hail caused significant damage to both the exterior and interior of our home. Based on strong recommendations from friends and neighbors, we contacted Daniel Cook DFW Roofing and Restorations, and we are extremely glad we did. Despite an exhausting day inspecting other damaged properties, Daniel arrived the very next evening—after dark—to personally assess our home and make immediate temporary repairs. With a compromised roof and broken windows, rainwater had caused extensive interior damage, but Daniel and his team acted quickly to secure and seal the home, preventing further loss. In the weeks that followed, the team completed permanent repairs, including a new roof with high-quality Class 4 shingles and ridge vents, replacement double-pane windows and frames, and extensive interior repairs and painting. Their attention to detail went beyond the damaged areas to ensure a seamless, like-new finish. The final additions of new shutters and screens were the perfect finishing touch. Throughout the entire process, Daniel and his team were professional, reliable, and considerate—always arriving on schedule and delivering exactly as promised. The results exceeded our expectations, restoring our home to a condition better than before the storm. We highly recommend Daniel Cook DFW Roofing and Restorations and look forward to working with them again on future projects.

Very happy with all interactions with Josh @ Cook DFW Roofing & Restoration. We got a very good quote on replacing our roof and it was scheduled and completed almost immediately. The crew was very nice, cleaned up everything and were in and out in 1/2 a day. It took us a couple of months to get ANY roofing company to call us back. But DFW Roofing contacted us right away. And they never pressured us to make a decision after the quote. 5STARS!

EXCEPTIONAL WORKMANSHIP, OUTSTANDING SERVICE, AND UNMATCHED ATTENTION TO DETAIL! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Cooks DFW Construction and Restoration, and especially Keith Damer! The work completed at our home was truly second to none, and the level of craftsmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail was nothing short of exceptional! We had a variety of projects completed, including remodeling, water damage restoration, painting, and much more, and the quality of the finished work exceeded our expectations. Every detail mattered, and the pride taken in the workmanship was evident throughout our home. Keith Damer deserves special recognition. His dedication to quality, attention to the smallest details, and commitment to excellence truly set him apart. It’s rare these days to find someone who takes such genuine pride in their work and understands the importance of treating a customer’s home with the care and respect it deserves. What impressed us most was that this wasn’t simply about getting the job done. It was about getting it done RIGHT! From the restoration work to the remodeling and beautiful finishing touches, the results speak for themselves. The attention to detail made all the difference, and the transformation of our home is a testament to the quality of their craftsmanship. When you’re trusting someone with your home, you want confidence that the work will be completed to the highest standards. Cooks DFW Construction and Restoration delivered exactly that! A very special thank-you to Keith Damer and the entire team for their hard work, dedication, and exceptional results. It is refreshing to see this level of pride, integrity, and commitment to quality. If you’re looking for a company that delivers exceptional craftsmanship, meticulous attention to detail, and results that truly stand out, look no further than Cooks DFW Construction and Restoration. We are beyond pleased with the work completed in our home and would recommend Keith and his team without hesitation! Five stars simply don’t do them justice. They have earned our highest recommendation! - The Lakes McKinney, TX

I cannot recommend Cook Roofing & Restoration highly enough! My buyers originally had another roofing contractor scheduled to inspect a property they were purchasing during an important trip where they had flown in specifically to be at the property. Unfortunately, that contractor canceled on us the day before, leaving us scrambling at the last minute. I called Daniel with Cook Roofing & Restoration, explained the situation, and he and his team stepped up immediately. They were at the property the very next morning and took care of everything we needed. Sabrina was absolutely wonderful to work with, and my clients were so impressed with the thoroughness, attention to detail, communication, and professionalism of their entire team. And that wasn’t the only time they came through for me and my clients. When another client of mine needed a roof inspected on a property they were purchasing, Cook Roofing & Restoration drove an hour and a half to get there and make sure my client was taken care of. As a real estate agent, having contractors you can truly depend on is invaluable. Cook Roofing & Restoration has shown me more than once that they are willing to go above and beyond for my clients. Thank you so much to Daniel, Sabrina, and everyone at Cook Roofing & Restoration. You guys are absolutely wonderful! I would confidently recommend Cook Roofing & Restoration to my clients, fellow agents, friends, and anyone looking for a dependable, thorough, and professional roofing company. 🙂

Ben Mitchel was our project manager and he was phenomenal from start to finish! Our roof and gutters suffered serious damage as a result of the September 2025 hailstorm in northern DFW and had to be completely replaced; Ben was very helpful with all aspects of the process. He participated in a walk-through with our insurance adjuster to ensure every damaged item was accounted for, followed up multiple times with the adjuster when there were discrepancies, personally delivered shingle and gutter samples to our door, and more. Ben communicated promptly and clearly at all hours of the day, quickly adjusting quotes based on our needs, and had the crew scheduled to begin work within a few days of getting everything finalized. He also handled the paperwork for the city permits. The job was completed in a day and a half and it looks fantastic! We have no complaints whatsoever with the quality of the work. When the time came to submit the final report to our insurance, Daniel Cook led the way with providing documentation with accurate measurements and photographic evidence of damage when there was a slight dispute, ultimately securing additional funds that were omitted from the original insurance report. Superb knowledge, professionalism, and customer dedication all around. I will undoubtedly use Cook DFW Roofing & Restoration for any future projects, and I cannot recommend them enough!

Daniel walked us through every step of replacing our roof with insurance claim. He made it so easy that it relieved us of any stress. Daniel upgraded our roof and attic venting and made repairs to our chimney but kept the price within insurance pricing. The crew went out of their way to be helpful. They left our property clean and undamaged. We couldn't be more satisfied. Even our insurance adjuster was impressed with the documentation submitted and with their professionalism.

I’m so thankful for Daniel Cook and his crew. I love my gutters and I’m hoping they will save me from having to have foundation work done. I appreciate all of his suggestions and ideas on the best way to do the gutters. He was very quick to respond and also he came by after the work was finished to make sure it was done correctly. Also, I appreciate that I wasn’t asked to pay before the work was done. You can never be too careful these days.

We had a lot of damage from the storm from Sept 2025 storms including have a 70ft tree blown on top of house tearing down fence brick wall and damaging the structure of roof plus hail damage. First we hired a different company after 5 months they had only repaired 5 window screens another neighbor recommended Cook so we fired the first which the first ripped us off for $500. Cook came out Ben was the project manager on our job which was a lot of work but they handled everything professionally and could tell they cared about us personally. Within a month they had completed everything that had to be done including back fence replacement, repaired the brick wall and the damage to the roofing found a Tesla certified company to remove the solar then 3 days later after they had replaced entire roof the solar was reinstalled and working great. They then repainted the exterior then replaced gutters and fixed all the damage in master bedroom. They always showed up on time ready to work and all workers cared about the quality of the work protected everything including the neighbors property they spent a lot of time rechecking everything they touched and beyond. Thank you Ben for the opportunity to work with you and Cook DFW Roofing & Restoration will always recommend you all. Dennis & Kim Deal

We had significant hail damage a few months ago, and it was my first time dealing with something like this on a home. Josh made the entire process easy from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly, gave honest advice instead of just selling, and kept things moving without any headaches. He also finished ahead of schedule and under budget, which is rare these days. I’d absolutely recommend him to anyone dealing with storm damage. Thank you team! God bless y’all.

After the hail storm, I was inundated by a swarm of hungry would-be roofers anxious to replace my roof. I contacted my insurance agent to see if he had any suggestions. Following his advice, I called Cook DFW. He sent a team to inspect my roof, my punctured screens and my pock-marked fence. He explained the options I had and the necessary steps to be taken. I chose to upgrade to a class IV roof which – in the end – cost nothing extra. The roofers also repaired a weak spot that I didn’t even know about. They handled all the paperwork and made the entire process virtually painless. My new roof, screens and fence all look great. I would highly recommend Cook DFW Roofing and Restoration.
