Founder

Meet Daniel Cook, founder of Cook DFW Roofing & Restoration. A Dallas native, Daniel’s love for carpentry began at a young age, working with his hands, shaping his dedication to work done with pride. When not on the job, Daniel enjoys hitting the golf course.

Daniel ensures that Cook DFW delivers above and beyond the scope of their projects and takes pride in the guidance he offers the team in this dynamic profession. His commitment to his word, whether given to a friend or a client, defines who he is.

For Daniel, simply being a good person is essential. As Aaron Tippin said and Daniel likes to quote, “You have to stand for something or you will fall for anything.” This sentiment guides Daniel’s approach to everything he does, on the job or in life.

Kerri Cook

Founder

Meet Kerri Cook, a proud founder of Cook DFW. Born in Missouri, Kerri moved to Texas and it is where she has set down her roots. With experience in real estate, Kerri brings a deep understanding and perspective of the housing market and the specific needs of realtors to the table.

Kerri found her way to Texas through fate, meeting with Daniel while country western dancing. Together, they form the heart of Cook DFW. Kerri’s dedication to honesty and integrity shapes her approach to both business and life.

Beyond work, Kerri enjoys exploring new destinations, trying different foods, and spending quality time with Daniel. Their two King Charles Spaniels are central members of their family and unofficial mascots of the company.

Josh Dominguez

When Josh’s father first brought him to work, he remembers meeting his Dad’s boss and the handshake they shared when he was told, “This demonstrates how interested you are to be here. That’s crucial because when we face challenges as a team, you’ll know someone is going to be there for you.”

At that moment, he learned about intention and focus as part of a team. He was hooked.

Josh counts the chance to work in a field where he gets to practice generosity daily as a blessing from God. He will treat you like family throughout the entire process and put you in a position to win the “insurance game”. Most contractors make recommendations that benefit their personal agenda.

Not Josh..

His first question will always be, “What is important to you?” Josh’s goal is to receive the service you deserve with as little out-of-pocket cost.

Keith Richard

Keith is a proud father of two teenage daughters and a North Dallas resident of 29 years. He originally hails from the Mississippi Gulf Coast, was born in Biloxi, and spent his early years in the New Orleans area. One of Keith’s greatest joys is watching his kids participate in the various sports they love. He is an avid home chef, passionate about brewing beer, and a die-hard Dallas sports fan.

On the professional front, Keith specializes in providing innovative solutions for both commercial and residential construction projects. With over a decade of hands-on experience, he brings the knowledge and background necessary to facilitate full turn-key solutions for a wide range of projects. He takes pride in assisting and advocating for commercial and residential property owners on a daily basis.

Keith Damer

Keith is originally from Michigan with a split upbringing between Grand Rapids, Michigan, and Fort Wayne, Indiana. His journey brought him to Texas, and now he proudly calls McKinney, TX, his home. He has been married for 14 years and is a proud parent of three children.

During Keith’s downtime, you’ll find him on the golf course or cherishing time with family. He has been part of Cook DFW Roofing since its inception. Before re-entering the construction field, Keith had a background in automotive management and custom theater installations.

Keith’s expertise spans commercial & residential roofing and multiple years of experience with interior and exterior remodels. He brings a wealth of knowledge and is dedicated to adding value to any project you’re looking to undertake.

Trever Samberson

Meet Trever, a born and raised in the Texas panhandle. He has been married for 15 years and has a family that includes their two children and two dogs. Six years ago, Trever’s family decided to make the move to North Texas, and now calls Melissa, TX their home.

Their family shares a love for hiking, bike rides, and spending time in nature. During his downtime, you’ll find Trever golfing, hunting, or fishing.

Trever has been a part of the Cook DFW Roofing team for two years. Drawing from previous experience as a home builder, he brings valuable insights and expertise to roofing and remodeling projects.

Brendan Jolly

Brendan was originally born in Southern California but raised in West Texas before moving to Frisco, Texas. Brendan and his wife have been married for two years and now call Sherman, Texas home. They have a Lab Retriever named Bo and hope to become parents soon.

In their spare time, Brendan and his wife enjoy working out, camping, boating, and time with family all around DFW. Brendan believes in working hard and doing the job right the first time.

Brendan is new to the Cook DFW team but brings a wide variety of commercial construction experience to the Production Department. With previous experience as an Estimator, Salesmen, Warehouse Manager, and Installer, Brendan’s expertise in production is extensive, and he looks forward to growing with Cook DFW Roofing & Restoration.

Keli Blagg

Keli is Cook DFW’s dedicated Office Manager with a wealth of experience in the industry. Residing in Melissa, TX, she shares her home with her furry friend, Poppy, a spirited 4-year-old Yorkie.

She enjoys quiet evenings at home or time with her two nieces, Opal (9) and Ivy (5).

Keli is the powerhouse and backbone of the office, leveraging her knowledge of the construction field to get you the information you need most. With a passion for creating welcoming spaces and a knack for organization, she brings her warm touch to the Cook DFW family.
